EDP runs Apprenticeship programmes which help trainees work towards a National Vocational Qualification. On the job training is provided to gain job specific vocational skills in areas such as:

• Warehouse and Distribution
• Customer Service and Retail
• Electrical Engineering
• Administration
• Key Skills
• Performing Manufacturing Operations

Training takes place within our Social Enterprise Recycling project based at Horden and with local employers. The social enterprise provides a real work context in which activity is undertaken.
